Bids/RFPs

Effective January 13, 2025, the Road Commission of Kalamazoo County (RCKC) will be utilizing an e-bidding platform, Bid Express, and will no longer be accepting bids by mail or email. 

• Bid solicitations can be viewed at RCKC's Bid Express account at RCKC Bid Express Home Page.  
• Bids can be submitted after registration with Bid Express.  Additional information may be found on their website:  Bid Express Vendor Info. 
• Bid questions may be submitted up until the posted Bid deadline, and answers will be visible to all participants.
• All bid submissions will remain sealed until the deadline.  At the deadline date and time, all bids will be automatically tabulated, and the results will be publicly posted in Bid Express.
